Where are you based?

Our headoffice is located in the business district of Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. We also have distribution centres and branch offices in Fotan (Hong Kong), Mainland China and USA.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following payment methods; credit card (Visa/Mastercard), Amex, paypal, bitcoin and bank wire transfer.

What is bitcoin?

Bitcoin is a peer-to-peer payment system and digital currency introduced as open source software in 2009 by pseudonymous developer Satoshi Nakamoto. It is a cryptocurrency, so-called because it uses cryptography to control the creation and transfer of money. Users send payments by broadcasting digitally signed messages to the network. Participants known as miners verify and timestamp transactions into a shared publicdatabase called the block chain, for which they are rewarded with transaction fees and newly minted bitcoins. Bitcoins can be obtained by mining or in exchange for products, services, or other currencies

Commercial use of Bitcoin is currently small but growing. Bitcoin as a form of payment for products and services has seen growth, however, and merchants have an incentive to accept the currency because transaction fees are lower than the 2–3% typically imposed by credit card processors.

What is the handling time for shipments?

The normal handling time (from confirmation of payment to dispatch) is 1-2 business days.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We provide a range of shipping methods, including but not limited to; Registered Airmail/Parcel, E-Express (for select countries only), EMS, DHL, UPS, FEDEX, SF Express and Surface Mail. If you cannot find the shipping method listed for your country or you want a different shipping quote then please contact our Logistics team ([email protected]) and they will be happy to get you the best shipping quote possible.

Can items be tracked after they have been shipped?

Yes all our items can be tracked after they have been handed to the shipping courier. Tracking information and courier details will be sent to your email once the item is dispatched.

Do you pay for any shipping duties or import tax?

All items are sent by delivery duty unpaid (DDU) method so any import duties or taxes in the destination country are the responsibility or the importer/buyer.

Do you accept returns?

Yes we offer a 30 day, no questions asked return policy. This means that you have 30 days to notify us by email that you want to return your item(s). Once you notify us, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return subject to the terms and conditions stated in our company return policy. Return shipping cost are paid for by the buyer. Once we receive the returned item(s), you will be given a full refund, minus 10% restocking fee (via the previous used method of payment).
